  • Lindsey received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Southern Mississippi. She has 16 years of clinical experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 14 years.

    She specializes in pediatric/infant feeding disorders and adult dysphagia and voice disorders. She is certified in VitalStim dysphagia therapy to improve swallow function and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) to objectively assess swallow function. She is skilled in modified barium swallow studies to evaluate swallow function under fluoroscopy.

    Lindsey is an army wife and has 6 children, biological and adoptive. She breeds goldendoodles and donates a puppy from each litter to veterans suffering from PTSD.

  • Hailey received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Southern Mississippi. She has 10 years of clinical experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 9 years.

    She specializes in acute care with adults and feeding disorders in the NICU. She works collaboratively with the palliative care team to assist in comfort care and quality of life education as it relates to swallowing dysfunction. She is certified in flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) and skilled in modified barium swallow studies to objectively assess swallow function. Hailey is also trained in VitalStim and myofascial release for treatment of voice and dysphagia.

    Hailey enjoys reading and riding horses in her free time. She lives in Florence with her husband of 10 years and their 2 children.

  • Haley Ellison graduated from Louisiana State University and received her Master’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has 10 years of experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 5 years.

    She is certified as a Dementia Capable Care Specialist and is a VitalStim provider. She specializes in the adult population with a focus on dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, dysphonia, tracheostomy/vents, and provides specialty care to patients in the burn ICU. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and dynamic caseload in the acute care setting.

    Haley is a wife and a mother to 2 daughters and a mini Aussie. She loves visiting friends and family from her home state of Louisiana and watching the Tigers play in her free time.

  • Lisa received her undergraduate degree from University of Tennessee and her master’s degree from University of Memphis. She has over 40 years of experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 15 years.

    She specializes in adults with neurological diseases/disorders, stroke, motor speech disorders/dysarthria, receptive and expressive language disorders, cognitive deficits, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders. She is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) to address dysphonia and dysphagia in patients with Parkinson disease, Ampcare ESP to address swallowing dysfunction, and McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP) to improve swallowing function. Lisa utilizes myofascial release to address dysphagia and dysphonia following head and neck cancer treatment.

    Lisa has been married for 40 years and enjoys spending time with her 2 adult children, their spouses and her 5 grandchildren. She sings in the choir at 1st Presbyterian Church of Jackson and loves to read and exercise.

  • Marissa received her BA in English literature from Alcorn State University and her post-baccalaureate degree in communicative sciences and disorders from Jackson State University. She received her Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Xavier University of Louisiana. She has 2 years of clinical experience and has been working with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 1 year.

    She specializes in adult acute care with a focus on neuro-cognitive disorders and dysphonia. She also has experience in early intervention. Marissa is certified in LSVT to treat dysphonia and dysphagia in patients with Parkinson disease.

    She enjoys singing, cooking, reading, painting, DIY projects, and thrifting. She finds happiness in spending time with her family and friends and volunteering to help others.

  • Lauren gradated fom The University of Alabama and received her Master’s degree from Samford University. She is originally from Murfreesboro, TN, and has been working with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 1 year.

    She specializes in adult acute care and outpatient with a focus on swallowing disorders; she is certified in MBSImp, a standardized approach to evaluate swallow function under fluoroscopy. She also provides neuromuscular electrical stimulation using the Ampcare protocol to improve swallow function.

    She enjoys reading, teaching barre, and trying new restaurants.

  • Mary graduated from Mississippi State University and received her Master’s degree from The University of Mississippi. Mary is originally from Jackson, TN and has been working with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 1 year.

    She specializes in adult outpatient and acute care with a focus on Parkinson disease, neurological disorders, dysphonia, dysphagia, and head and neck cancers. She is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) to improve voicing and airway protection in patients with Parkinson disease. She is certified in MBSImp, a standardized approach to evaluate swallowing function under fluoroscopy, and improves swallow dysfunction using neuromuscular electrical stimulation via the Ampcare protocol.

    She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. Mary and her new husband are excited to set roots in Jackson, MS for many years to come!

  • Cari Ray received her undergraduate degree and Master's degree from University of Mississippi. She has over 16 years of experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 5 years.

    She specializes in acute care, adult and pediatric outpatient, adult swallowing disorders, childhood language disorders and challenging behaviors. She is certified in VitalStim and Ampcare protocol to improve swallow function.

    She enjoys going fishing with her family and reading. Cari lives in Brandon with her husband of 15 years and their 3 children.

  • Emily received her undergraduate degree from The University of Mississippi and her master’s degree from Louisiana Tech. She has 4 years of clinical experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 4 years.

    She specializes in adult dysphagia and voice disorders. Emily is certified in VitalStim to address dysphagia and LSVT to treat dysphonia and airway protection in patients with Parkinson disease.

    She enjoys playing tennis, baking, and reading in her free time.

  • Alexandra “Lexxi” Ruffin received her undergraduate degree from Jackson State University. She received a master's degree in healthcare administration from UMMC and her master’s degree in speech language pathology from Emerson College.

    She specializes in adult acute care, long and short term rehabilitation for pediatric and adult populations, and outpatient with special needs children. She is certified in MBSImp, a standardized approach to evaluating swallow function under fluoroscopy.

    She loves to cook for her husband and 2 children and has a passion for helping others. She has lived in 12 states before landing in Mississippi at age 7.

  • Amy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland-Europe campus and her graduate degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She has 28 years of experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 1 year.

    She specializes in early intervention and childhood speech and language disorders.

    She enjoys reading, cooking, and caring for her 1 year old Labrador Retriever.

  • Delendtricus “Dee” Thompson received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Jackson State University. She has 8 years of clinical experience and is a new SLP in our practice.

    She specializes in early intervention targeting speech and language disorders and focuses on dysphagia and language in the adult/geriatric populations.

    Dee and her identical twin are originally from Crystal Springs, MS, and both work as SLPs. She has a passion for helping others, and is a mother to a 16 year old daughter. She enjoys singing, traveling, and cooking in her free time.

  • Corinne received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her Master’s degree from Jackson State University. She has 16 years of experience as an SLP and is our newest team member.

    She specializes in early childhood language disorders and their impact on literacy. She is the Co-Founder of Reading at the Park, “RAP” which is a book giveaway collaborative created to encourage literacy in Mississippi.

    In her free time, Corinne loves to play tennis, work in her yard, and relax at the lake. She is married to an Episcopal priest and has 3 children.

  • Brandilyn “Brandi” Williams graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and received her graduate degree from Jackson State University. She is originally from Brandon, Mississippi. She has over 19 years of experience and has worked with Morse Speech Pathology Services for 17 years.

    She specializes in adult swallowing assessment and intervention and pediatric speech and language intervention. Brandi is certified in VitalStim, a neuromuscular electrical stimulation program to improve swallow function.

    In her free time, Brandi loves to travel, read, and crochet. She enjoys pilates and spending time with her husband, son and their dog.
